is the founder of Noone21 and a seasoned leader in the blockchain and AI domains. With a deep background in both enterprise technology and crypto-native ventures, Jay brings a wealth of experience that directly influences the Kleva AI project's vision and execution.
Before founding Noone21, Jay held several executive roles across major tech companies. He served as the CEO of Lambda256, the blockchain arm of Dunamu (operator of Upbit), where he led the development of enterprise blockchain platforms. His previous roles include Executive Vice President at SK Telecom, where he contributed to digital innovation strategies, and Vice President at Samsung Electronics, focusing on technology-driven transformation.
Jay’s career reflects a consistent focus on pushing the boundaries of digital infrastructure, especially where AI meets finance. At Noone21, he is particularly passionate about building AI agents that can act safely and autonomously on-chain—ushering in a new paradigm for smart financial tooling within decentralized networks. His work is a cornerstone in aligning AI capabilities with the permissionless, composable nature of DeFi ecosystems like Kleva AI.
Hugh, CSO of Noone21, is a graduate of Seoul National University with a degree in Business Administration. With approximately 25 years of professional experience, he began his career as an equity analyst at an investment firm, later founding three startups over the past nine years in the gaming, media, and IT sectors.
With deep, hands-on expertise in capital raising, operations, and strategic management, Hugh has led companies through corporate restructuring, business model pivots, and turnaround scenarios. He also brings a solid foundation in financial modeling and data analytics, which he has leveraged to design and implement unique game mechanics and system architectures across his ventures.
Arthur leads the technology development as Chief Technology Officer. He holds a degree in Distributed Mobile Computing from the Graduate School of Information and Communication at Ajou University, where he specialized in Mobile Ad-hoc Networks.
Arthur spent 12 years at Samsung Electronics, where he developed core server infrastructures for flagship services such as Samsung Pay, Samsung Pass, Samsung ChatON Messaging, and Samsung Push. Following his time at Samsung, he served as CAO at Lambda256, where he played a key role in designing and developing the Luniverse blockchain platform. Most recently, he led the development of core blockchain infrastructure for digital assets.
With a strong foundation in backend architecture and blockchain technology, Arthur brings deep expertise in secure, scalable systems, making him a driving force behind the technical execution of Noone21’s vision.
